I had quite the email conversation with Ohmspeakers just to find out that there is no showroom except the one in New York where they are made. I would like to avoid to drive some 780 miles to listen to a pair of speakers.
I have a pretty decent setup as far as my electronics are concerned, but I would love to hear the speakers with my electronics before I drop thousands into these speakers.
I am aware of the 120 days at home/100% refund thing.
As it turns out, Germany has ambassadors. Here is how that works:
I am interested to listen to the speakers, Ohm learns where I am in the country, and they look up an already happy customer (who is now also an ambassador) and ask them to demo the speakers to the potential Ohm customer.
Do we have such a system in the States?
I am in Chattanooga, TN and I am looking for an ambassador who can demo the speakers to us. Hopefully even with my electronics.
