Okay, who has the most turntables!

I am keeping things modest for the time being. I have:

Pioneer PL-41
Sony PS-X6
Sony PS-X50
Thorens TD 145 MKII

I have a bunch of carts but my best are:

Denon DL-110
Ortofon 2M BLue
Shure M97xE
Shure M91ED

Nothing TOTL, but some pretty decent gear nevertheless.

I didn't set out to get everyone in the Pioneer singled digit series but somehow it just happened. If you've never seen a PL-9 here's one of my two:

I have about 20 at the moment. I decided to stop buying duplicates. At first I did in the spirit of having potential donor machines. But currently that approach is losing it's meaning. If a TT breaks down and can't be fixed there are plenty others to take it's place.

So I'm focusing on interesting decks I don't have.

I'm not interested in brands that weren't TT focused enough (as I see it) like pioneer, Sony, Hitachi, Aiwa and the rest.

My wife is starting to discourage new buys and that means I need to become more ... selective.

I'm at 15 or 16.

Current frequent players: Thorens TD-190, Technics SL5, Pioneer PL-51, Lenco L833 DD.

Soon to join: Philips GA-212, after I replace the tonearm (was pristine TT until incredibly bad packing job)

Getting ready to do some custom plinths w/ Technics SL 1500 donors.

FWIW, I'm really liking the AT AT-7V cart. Been some positive chat here.

3 are in use right now, the one LAB-400 has a small issue. The cueing lever doesnt lift the tone arm up, otherwise it works fine.

Well, I think i'm at about 40 stand-alone units and 12-15 in consoles/cabinets.
So...whatever.
Most work.
Some are in varying states of repair/salvage.

It's all good.
