can someone please ID these vintage 3-way Electro-Voice speakers?

any info, opinions, or advice greatly appreciated

Q: are they rated at 8 ohms?

I believe the 12W is 16 ohms; the tweeter definitely is.

but what is the impedance rating for the speaker "overall", ie., at the terminals?

spec sheets for very similar EVs of that era all seem to be 8 ohms
