Here is a story for you about customer service. 3 years ago I bought 3 Gutwire Notepads from Omer.Well this year the gel just flattened out and the notepads lost their shape.
Omer contacted his supplier who basically said too bad,so sad. I dismissed it as I was busy trying to find another optical post.
In one of my PMs to Omer i mentioned I would buy some unity Interconnects in the new year.I also mentioned that I needed some vibrapods.
Today I received a package from Omer. In the package was Interconnects at no charge,a Unity Audio cd and my Vibrapods. Omer charged me for the Vibrapods at a very great discounted price.
I hooked the Unitys to the Arcam CDP. Wow,greater depth,warmer sound,imaging is keen.The Unitys are replacind a Chord Interconnect.
If you haven't tried Unity products,please do.I also use Unity Speaker Cables and they are superb.
So thanks bunches Omer. I really appreciate how you looked after me.
