Box cake or box brownies....

Substitute the total measured amount of oil and water for buttermilk.....and it will taste like homemade ! Fact is it will fool all the people that will visit you during the holidays ! Also add two teaspoons of baking soda to make it raise up.....and make it melt in your mouth !

Just don't over bake...
