There are a lot of other fine photographers here too! I also take a lot of inspiration from Tex and many others as well. I enjoy the technical expertise, the compositions, the character and feel and even like the fuzzy smart phone images.

Photography is a great media, it allows us to capture a moment, a place in time and to be able to share that experience. And it also gets us out to see and explore the world around us.

Photos to me are music for the eyes.

Thanks for the Honorable Mention. Not a pro by any means but I do manage to sell one every once in a while. We are fortunate to have a lot of very good photogs here on the forum posting many great shots from around the globe.

I can't sing, play an instrument, draw or anything that requires any talent. So, I just give my cameras a workout. Photography is an art form to me and some like what I do and some don't. I shoot for myself and just hope someday I will shoot something that makes someone else smile or takes them to someplace they have never been or seen before.
