Onkyo A-7090 Amp problem

It happened again- everything working until I put the cover back on, then I lose one channel.

At this point I've had to move on to other projects. When I get a chance, I'll take a look at the solder joints.

So, if you remove the cover, does the channel come back? If so, try pushing on the boards in various places with a non metallic probe, like a BIC pen and see if it cuts out. This will help localize the problem.
