The power amp is 150wpc, granted it's 90's and not a heavyweight, it's still likely to be far better than the old HT receivers people on this forum seem to think are amazing (when they really aren't)
The preamp is junk by the looks of things
CD player is good, I have one somewhere, not rubbish. Probably about 300/400 bucks worth of stuff there if you bin the speakers, rack, tape deck and everything else.
 
I had one of those amps (had the amp/preamp/tuner/CD) at one time and with the remote it is a nice system. The amplifier really is well designed and built but as those above say, there was a price point that kept it from threatening the Integra line. Nicer than a receiver of the same era for certain.

That said, I believe that the amp is the only piece I'd call above average BPC, $100 would be a gift to the seller.
 
The power amp does have discrete output transistors, not STK packs, for what it's worth.
 
The power amp looks like M5140 which is around 100wpc.
Might be worth getting for under $100 if you need something like that.
