Onkyo integra sync cable

I'm picking up some Onkyo Integra equipment and need to find the sync cable from the P-306RS pre amp to the M-506RS amp. I saw a post stating that one could make the cable but can't find the thread again. Any help would be most appreciated! Also, I'm Selling my Technics turntable so I can pick up a Denon DP-59L (If the wife see's any more equipment it'll be lights out for me). I would actually give the Technics away but its worth at least a six pack of cheap beer! Anyone out there have experience with the Denon DP-59l TT's? Thanks all!:scratch2:
