Onkyo M-504 Problem

Hello,

I have a Onkyo M-504 that is going into protection circuit as soon as I power it on, all lights work except the Servo Operation Light. I have opened it up and everything looks OK, but I did notice that there are 3 Diodes that glow red? Also the relays do not click when powered on.
I hoping someone can help with this.

Usually when that happens one or both channel's outputs are toasted. This might be just output transistors, or sometimes the drivers, too. As cheap as transistors are, and the hard part is taking it apart, I just go on and put in all new outputs and drivers.
