Onkyo M510 transistor search 2SC3333

I am currently repairing an Onkyo M510 and am looking for a 2SC3333 transistor. A few transistors on the left power amplifier board have failed. Among them is the 2SC3333, for which I cannot find a replacement. I don't trust the ones offered on Aliexpress. What about replacing it with a BF422 (except for the different pin assignment)? Should I then replace all 2SC3333s in the channel, including on the right side?
