hmm...Never seen those before. Look quite nice actually. Would need a good SS power amp to drive of course. Shoot, for $75 I'd jump on em.

They look like a woofer box that someone sat a bookshelf speaker on top of . Grab some Advents, unhook the tweeter, turn em upside down, and set a Minimus 7 on top of them, viola.

Onkyo hired legendary designer Keith Johnson to do that Precise line in the early 90's I believe. There's your info. Not your run of the mill electronic company speakers.

The dead giveaway that they might actually sound good is the lack of lattice grillework.
