Onkyo TX-2500MKII help

Hello, Im having some issues with my Onkyo TX-2500MKII Receiver. I went around to putting new bulbs in it, but when I got to the Locked Tuned Stereo lights I had some issues. First one is that the Stereo light didn't work at all. I fixed it somehow by just replacing a transistor (Q110). It works perfectly fine now. The other problem is that The Locked and Tuned lights don't turn off when there is no signal detected or switches to a different input. Well I should say they kind of do, they dim down but don't turn off. I heard that replacing the Q109 Transistor may fix it. I have to get a new one anyway because its on the must replace list. For now I put a slightly different one in, but the original one still works fine with a multimeter. I also heard that the Q102 (HA1137W) chip may be the issue. I know pin 12 should output a voltage I believe to the transistor for the lights. I measured 1V when unlocked and 0V when locked into a station. I also removed one side of R115 and measured the voltage on the base of Q109, 0.24V both ways. I'm stumped right now as this is one of my first projects so help is SUPER appreciated. Thank you!!!

Do you have the correct voltage bulbs? Most of them are 12-14V, not the lower 3-5V bulbs most others use.
