Hello Audio Friends,

I am vintage pioneer audio person who is using his equipment often... Unfortunately time is catching up with my stereos.

I am looking for someone to repair (for starters) my SX-D7000 receiver.

It has a bad hum (Which I have been ignoring), the radio no longer operates and recently has started an intermittent cut out. (It normally plugs into my computer).

I want a total recap/repair with trustworthy and experience repair person.
Next in line would follow a TX9800 tuner... Which... looses tune!

To bad your not in Winnipeg as there are 4-5 excellent Repair Shops that are great with Vintage Audio. The best is probably the one that I use,it has all Japanese born techs who know all the ins and outs of repairing/rebuilding Pioneer Japanese units as well as American units and other well known brands.I've known the owner for over 30+ yrs but he won't allow me to name his shop on any public forum and I will respect his wishes:)
