Op Amp Book

I'm looking for a good primer on op amps. Ideally a little theory, a little practical circuit design and building. Something between a heavy duty textbook and just a bunch of paint-by-numbers circuits. I have a decent, general, self-taught electronics background.

There are lots of choices out there. What do you recommend?

Definitely Walt Jung's Opamp Cookbook. Also read every Linear Technology application note by Jim Williams.
