opinions about a tester

I have the curiosity of test my equipments and components by myself. in order to do that, i have to acquire a capacitor tester. I have being searching and for my surprise they are expensive (capacheck for example...) so, i start to search in ebay and i have found ESR testers cheaper than 15 U$ made in china of course. link below.
