Replacement diaphragms are in stock at Simply Speakers (just in case anyone Googling this needs to know). Plus, since it is a replaceable diaphragm, the poked in dome can be disassembled and poked back out from behind. It's quite simple as long as there are no cracks. If there are, get the new diaphragm.
