Optonica Sa-4141 left channel leaks sound even the sound volume is minimum

Hi, Vintage gurus, I got a Optonica SA-4141 but found out that left channel leaks very loud sound even I turned sound to minimum. ( I already deoxided all pots and controllers). Only way to use receiver is to turn the balance all the way to right, than turn the sound a little, turn the balance back to left a little, sound a little, balance a little. So if I want to turn the volume, I need to adjust balance simultaneously. Do you guys know how to fix it? (I didn't do DC off set) Thanks in advance!!

If you have an ohm meter, try measuring the resistance while sweeping through the pot's range. (unit turned off, of course).
