Decent elliptical, similar to Ortofon OM5e but with slightly higher compliance. Note that it is designed with the proprietary Dual ULM mount. So unless you have a Dual table with the second generation ULM arm, it will be of no use.

That table has the 2nd generation arm/mount...so yes, TKS carts will fit it.

I am not particularly knowledgeable about Ortofon carts, so can't provide a definitive answer. Sorry.

I have a Dual 627Q ULM arm. Is this good?

I own a Dual 622 with the ULM variant. I opted to purchase a 1/2" mount from ebay (guy 3D prints them) and an additional brass counterweight from Poland. This allowed me to use any 1/2" cart/stylus combo. Many better choices and options for this configuration.

I have never heard of a bad Ortofon cartridge. Here are a few needle replacement choices:

ortofon had a few different shaped keyways the stylii slip into, so no, not all are interchangeable.
