Outdoor speaker recommendations, please.

I looking for a pair of outdoor speakers to mount under the eves above my back deck.

I'm open to new or vintage. I'm OK with doing repairs. I live far enough away from the bay that salt is not an issue. I NEED for them to sound pretty damn good. They will be powered by an MAC4100 receiver (75w into 8 ohms/100w into 4 ohms, stable to 2 ohms so no worries!) I can open the SGD and use the living room speakers to reinforce the bass.

Any suggestions appreciated!

I have several pairs of outdoor speakers, but nothing that's particularly awesome. If I was looking, I'd probably start with the NHT Outdoor One or the JBL N26AW, both outdoor versions of decent indoor speakers and have better than the typical polycarbonate tweeters.

Look for some JBL Control 28, 29 or 30. Maybe a JBL SB-210 sub too? That would make a great combo.. Just get a version for low impedance and not the commercial 70V version..

I kinda like the Klipsch AW 650's. I have 2 pair now and like how they sound.
I found the last pair on CL for 50.00.
