Outlaw audio 7000x amp randomly humming from the transformer area?

Hey folks, so my friend bought an outlaw 7000x amp about 3 months ago. Recently it started humming from inside the amp, sometimes for an hour sometimes for a few days it will do it and sometimes it's silent for days at a time.
We have checked to see what else is running on that circuit and in the house at the time of the hum and all we came back with is a hair dryer running starts the hum but it goes away when the hair dryer is off? The amp is plugged into a power conditioner.
Any ideas what up the this amp? It has a Toroidal transformer.

Thank you!!! That's exactly what it sounds like is going on. I will look into building a DC blocker and see what happens.

Thanks for the reply! No all the tv's in the house are newer lcd or led tv's. It doesn't seem to respond to anything but a hairdryer. Weird.
