Output transistor socket for 939 and 1010

Is the transistor socket for the pioneer sx 939 and 1010 a TO-3? Also are the sx-50 series the same? If so, do they sell them new on mouser or Digi-Key? Can anyone smarter than me help me with a link? I need a few to replace broken ones the previous owner broke.

Look at the spec sheets and select the one that best fits your application. A little homework required on your part. Your going to have to look at the broken ones and take some measurements for pin spacing and solder foot prints.

Yeah I had already got to the point of your links with searches, but haven’t been able to figure out which one is correct. That’s why I was asking, hoping someone would have recently ordered some and would know exactly which one fits the 939 or 1010’s.

There are multiple different options, i am guessing you would want sockets with the lead in insulating shoulders??
The various types listed seem to have different features, the datasheet for the Keystone products has lots of detail, so should aid in your selection, especially if you have a broken socket you can use to build the picture of what you need to order.

Okay so an update. I tried all the TO-3 transistor sockets available from Digi-Key and mouser and none of them fit the heat sinks so there are no current made replacement options. Just figured I’d post so no one else would waste the time and money trying. eBay is the only source I could find, and the pioneer 50 series fit as well.

Mark, I wish I had known of this socket earlier. I tried all the other sockets audiokarma members had recommended and the insulators were wrong. I even called mouser and Digi-Key, explained and gave them dimensions and tech experts couldn’t come up with anything. Thanks for the part number.
 
I don't know for sure that the part number fits - It was just one of the numbers that came up during the Mouser automated search and I checked each's drawings.
I guess my search-fu 's running better lately..

I have yet to break out a heatsink and socket set to subject it to micrometer confirmation.
Or get one to actually try.

OUCH!!!! I just looked at the price!!!!
