Pair of Infinity Qe - $100 + shipping (eBay)

[swechsler]

This is the lowest price I've seen for a pair of Qe's recently. Condition seems good, and shipping is reasonable as well.

No affiliation.

Hold out for qb. Much better speaker.

I'm sure Qb sounds better but some people have need for a smaller speaker.

Why are the tweeters mounted in different orientations on that set ??

[usedto]

One of the tweeters has been rotated 90 degrees, the left one has a glue smudge or something in the bottom of the woofer, and it appears the fuse is missing from one.

Possible that the previous owner had them mounted in different orientations. They're designed to be rotated depending on whether you're using them horizontally or vertically. The newer round EMIT on the later RS series made that modification unnecessary (only the Qe had that feature).

Ah. Cool. Nice feature !

Not a bad deal, even the shipping price is quite reasonable. The parts are worth more than the asking price.
