Hello, anyone tried to pair a Nad 3020 with Nad 214? I would like to get a bit more punch from my setup and was wondering if this would be a working combination or if it will be more or less waste of money?
I tried a Marantz 2252b in my room and it did alter the sound towards "fuller" but also more towards "muddy" and I had to play more with tone controls. Dynamics and sound is so nice in the 3020, but it sure felt a bit thin after the powerful Marantz so I was thinking if this could be adressed with the 214 instead and also with keeping most of the sound from the 3020.
