It's a portable all-in-one AM/FM radio & record player that can operate on batteries. It automatically changes from 45rpm to 33rpm depending on which kind of record is present. It has one little full-range speaker hidden inside.
The FM is out on this one, but AM and the record player work great (with all original caps etc.). I've found the tracking force is so high that it makes the record unstable and skips, but it works great with a weight on the record.
