Parasound Halo JC1 audio signal trigger issues

I am using a pair of JC1 Halo amps with a JC2 preamp and a T3 tuner. I am trying to get the JC1 amps to come on automatically when detecting an audio signal (had previously just used them in manual mode). I initially started with both toggle switches on "audio signal"" (to the right) and ""sensitivity input"" at 3 o'clock (75 mV), per the manual. When I turn on the JC2 and T3 tuner, the left amp comes on, but the right amp stays dormant. I have tried adjusting the sensitivity all the way counter clockwise to 50mV, but it still does not come on. If I switch main toggle switch back to manual (center position), the amp works fine. Both amps are connected using the balanced XLR connections.

Are there other adjustments that can be made or tests I can do to prove out the problem? The left and right level controls on the JC2 preamp are both in the fully clockwise position, as recommended in the manual.

Thanks in advance!

you may want to contact Parasound and see what they say. I have owned a quad set of JC-1s and they were trouble free the whole time I owned them.

Already did - they have stated that they do not offer support for out of warranty devices. This is why I have taken it to the forum. They did hint that the issue could be related to the trigger circuit in the JC1.

I have looked over the schematics here: https://www.eserviceinfo.com/download_start.php?downloadurlid=66532

I am not seeing the trigger toggle switch called out on either diagram. Trying to see if someone else has worked on these more and could give some feedback on repair or a more complete schematic diagram.

Thank you
