And cdfac, thanks for the explanation. That makes some sense to me, although in my situation I did have a high-pass filter in front of the horn amps, so maybe that reduced their voltage swing a bit. :dunno:
 
Thanks! Actually, the cuts were all very simple; I have yet to figure out how to do any real joinery, so I just stuck with what little I knew. :D
 
Absolutely stunning work. Having built a pair of speakers and managed to just barely get the joints of the box to close, I can say I am absolutely green with envy at your skills. Incredible work!
