Pat Summerall, RIP

Longtime sportscaster Pat Summerall has passed away at age 82.

I didn't know of him for his football playing career, but NFL Sunday's in the 1970s were special. What a great voice for the game. I enjoyed "This Week in Pro Football" with Pat Summerall and Tom Brookshire. Still love the instrumental tracks from NFL Films that were played under the game clips. So long, Mr. Summerall.

Sorry to hear the news. Big part of FB history. My Dad played a HS FB game against Pat. Pat played at Lake City, Dad played at Daytona. Lots of HS FB history we will never hear about..............
