I have heard Anka's version of Nirvana's "Teen Spirit" getting airplay on JAZZ.FM in Toronto a few times over the last 3 weeks or so.

They seem to be having a bit of tongue-in-cheek fun with it.

Is this what all the lounge acts in Vegas sound like??

I cought his act on Letterman a few days ago. Had almost a full big band (no bari sax or bass bone). I'm a pretty seasoned Jazz musician, and I thought they sounded really good. Yeah it was a little campy and lounge-lizard, but the musicians were great... including Paul's vocals.
