Ok, Ok I'm one of the guys who made fun in the maple Crown thread. I NEVER thought in a million years I'd buy a fifth of peach flavored Bird Dog Bourbon, but I did. The combination of peaches and bourbon sounded good at the time. Was it any good? Kinda, a little too peachy. But reading the maple Crown thread gave me an idea, so I added about a shot to my pancake batter. The result was the lightest fluffiest, best pancakes ever, with just a sweet hint of peach bourbon. All I did was replace the about 1.5oz of the water with the bourbon.
