Peachtree Nova 65se... upgrade to Nova 150, or add amp500???

Monitor Audio Silver rs8's currently driven by a peachtree nove 65se. I'm happy with the sound, but not ecstatic. I use a lot of qobuz run directly from my iphone into the dac on the peachtree. My first thought is that I'd benefit from more wpc. At times I feel I'm missing the breadth of sound I'm looking for. Question is, Do I...

1. Sell the nova 65 and upgrade to the Nova 150 (upgraded features and doubles my WPC from 65 to 150).
2. Keep the nova 65 and add the Peachtree Amp 500 ( Is this an insane idea??? way too much wpc???. In the back of my mind I'm thinking it would allow me to add some satellites driven by the nova 65 amp section if I felt like it. )

This is my first 2 chan setup in a long time... appreciate any advice... won't insult me or hurt my feelings.

Appreciate anyone with experience running a similar generation of MA silvers with a peachtree product.

Your MA speakers have 91 db sensitivity so 500 wpc seems unnecessary. The Nova 150 is a definite upgrade and I would go that route. I picked up a used Nova 300 last summer for half the list price. It was the latest model and less than a year old. I am really impressed with both the amp and the internal ESS DAC. Excellent detail, clarity and smoothness with great dynamics.
