Phase linear 2000 dead channel

Hello everyone, I am trying to restore an old Phase Linear 2000 preamp with dead channel. I thoroughly cleaned the board, switches and pots and replaced the electrolytics.
Here's what voltage I get at the front output stage (isn't it bad for the capacitors ??) :

The full schematics is attached below as well as a picture of the board. I'm not yet familiar with the device so any help is appreciated!

DC millivolts is not a problem. Those caps are good for 35 volts, so they will not care in the slightest about that small voltage. They exist to block DC from the preamp from going to the amp, and vise-verse if needed. Being back to back like that makes the whole network act like a non-polar cap.

what sort of test gear do you have to work with?
