I have developed this habit of looking at portland listings everyday. Since I'm planning to visit around may. Thought someone local might benefit off of it. Btw, do you know any other forum I should use to alert people on deals?

There is a Portland Craigslist thread that would work for your alerts. Thanks for the heads up though.
I saw that TT and while it's not the very best deal it's a beautiful TT and well worth owning. I have had mine for some 5 years now and love it. Looks to be in good shape as well except for the missing headshell. Heck, for top dollar you should be getting the headshell as well WITH a nice cart.
