Phase Linear Series II Model 2000, or Toshiba SY-355?

The Toshiba was $36... but now I see a 2000 on eBay for a good price. Should I snag it and get rid of the Toshiba? Power amp is a Phase Linear Series II Model 200....

How decent is the ambiance function? SQ quality? Or less?
