Phase Linear poster

When I started working at Phase Linear in 1971 there was this poster on the wall. I was the eighth person hired and the company was in its infancy. I am getting the Superamp poster from my brother, but would like to know the history of it.
Does anyone know anything about it? I’m sure they didn’t make very many and now there can’t be very many left?

Robin, I'm sure you have many stories! Bob Carver is a giant and the audio world simply wouldn't be the same without his contributions.

Wish I could help too, but aside from once owning a Phase Linear 700 I have zero information. That has to be an incredibly rare piece of audio history, and very cool.

While you are here... tell us about Spectro Acoustics. I have an A202 sitting around waiting for a rebuild. There used to be someone who rebuild the boards and offered some new ones.. but as far as I can tell they have disappeared.

There was a roller skating rink where I grew up and the sound system was powered by Spectro Acoustic amps. I remember whizzing past the DJ booth and seeing them in there while Kiss "I was made for loving you" blasted. Good times.
