About 6 months ago I purchased a set of Phase tech speakers. The front PC-500s towers both had blown mids and one had a blown tweeter. Phase tech actually had reasonable prices for replacement parts but I camped out on Ebay and found a donor speaker for less.
Now I'm working on swapping out the blown tweeter but I'm stuck at removing the plastic frame around it. I've attached a few photos to demonstrate the problem. If anybody has any ideas let me know.

There is a small pocket on the outside the lines up with the same pocket on the box, additionally when you look in the pocket you can clearly see a screw head. I'm guessing the outer frame comes off then 2 screws then the tweeter...
