I still have them. They’re stored in the box the replacements came in.
Do you remember who you got the surrounds from and what size they are? I may attempt a refoam if I can get proper surrounds.

The two sets of of foam surrounds you quoted are different sizes, i.e. one is listed as 6" and the other is 4".
Gotta love amazon, it looks like the 6" surrounds are gone and now the link sends you to the 4". Curious what I will receive later today.
Finally finished the final touches on these, I must say, after a refoam, refinish, and recap, they sound amazing. Did not not to purchase the tweeter foam, opting to go with my own solution (stingy) instead. They sound incredbile.

Rick - could you share your cheap tweeter foam fix for the PC 8.5s?
I have a pair of 8.5 in storage that were shedding foam which prompted me to rotate them out of my main system. I had a review of them from some magazine. They interviewed the designer and he wanted to do his take on the legendary AR9. The high end always seemed too rolled off for my tastes but I wonder if the tweeters used ferrofluid which can turn gummy.
