As you may be aware, these are POWERED speakers. I power them up only a few times a year. The other day I powered them up.. there was a brief and loud squeal. Now granted, these have never been serviced, and being from 1974, they need to be. I'm just curious what that squeal would have been. Now, I love these speakers, and these drivers are not easily replaceable. I'm located in Northwest Arkansas, does anyone know of a quality, knowledgeable service center near me?
