Interesting proposition. Supply is always going to be the problem with this kind of business. With the stacks of HT receivers, doubtful there is even 30k worth of stuff. If it is an ebay business, the goodwill value is likely minimal if not zero. This kind of business thrives with minimal overhead, i.e. in your garage or spare bedroom.

Components all look like BPC, but there may be a few speakers worth having. Certainly not worth $30K IMHO.

"Entire online business, plus inventory." So basically just the inventory. And that inventory probably isn't worth 30 grand. It's not like it includes the storage space (I'm assuming he's just renting that).
