We're flying to Phoenix in a few months for a quick vacation. Last few times I was there the lines at the car rental desks varied greatly in length. At least one line looked hours long, but I don't remember which.

Can anyone who has rented at PHX recently tell me which companies had short lines, or which to avoid?
