Pickup in Burlingame, CA deliver to So Cal

Anyone in the San Francisco Area coming down to Southern California. I have a potential EBAY purchase in Burlingame that is a Local Pickup only. Need to find someone who could pickup for me and deliver. Pickup would have to happen within 8 days - delivery not so much.
This is a larger item - a 70" wide console stereo.
Would compensate for gas and delivery.
