Hi all,
I was just wondering if anybody here has any experience with the
(EL-84) Model 5A402 (with Multiplex) Receiver ? This Amp was removed
from a vintage PILOT RADIO CORP. STEREOPHONIC HIGH FIDELITY RADIO PHONOGRAPH ENSEMBLE (read Console). Oooh, the Amp is full of
AMPEREX/MULLARD/TELEFUNKEN tubes! I have not (nor will I) put power
to the unit as I'll save that duty for the Tech durning inspection.
Man, this Amp sure has one heck of a HUGH Power Transformer!
Anyway...thanks for any help/information on this PILOT unit.
