pinch rollers for RT-909?

Hello,

I just bought an RT-909, and it requires new pinch rollers because they are making an ooey gooey mess of black rubber gunk. i was wondering where to find a new pair of these, or new little rubber pad things. also, how hard will it be to replace the belts for the capstan?
