Pioneer 30-709F Woofer, recone or replace?

I have two 30-709 F woofers (out of a pair of Pioneer CS-88A cabintes). One produces weak sound, the other doesn't produce any sound. When I carefully press in on the cones, it feels rough. (Sort of like its rubbing on a piece of wool.) Would it be better to have them reconed or should I replace them.

Given that exact replacement parts are probably not available and your looking at, I'd suspect, $100 minimun to recone the pair, you probably should be watching eBay or such for an original pair, which will probably go for significantly less than $100.
 
I have been looking at ebay, but I guess I'm a little impatient. Any idea what the spec's are for a 30-709 F?
