Hi all,
I know it might come down to personal opinion, but bear with me.
I just got a pair of Pioneer CS-616 speakers for £165 including shipping. Thing is, they got damaged in transit.
They seem to be working fine, apart from one of the tweeter cones being pushed in and coming unglued.
Cosmetically, besides the usual peeled off cabinet covers here and there, the grille frames are quite damaged in one and slightly on the other. No rips though.
So, my question is, is it worth it keeping them? How easy would it be to address the issue with the tweeter and the grilles? I don't mind the cabinets peeling off (for now).
Thanks!
PS: the seller is happy to get them back for a refund.
