pioneer CS-646 / PIONEER CS 646 speakers

need advise for PIONEER CS 646 / HPM 100 speakers

friends,

hope all of you are doing great.
i need a small suggestion.

i would like to buy pioneer CS 646 speakers.
actually , i thought of buying 'pioneer HPM 100' speakers, but i am not getting them with a good quality & shaped speakers.
i am getting 'pioneer CS 646' speakers frequently in ebay.

is there any sound quality difference between 'pioneer HPM100' &
'Pioneer CS-646' speakers ?

these (pioneer CS 646) 120watts are -> made in belgium.
where as HPM100 (100 & 200 watts versions) are -> made in Japan.

could some one suggest which ones are better please?

about me, I am hari / 37 years old & I am an IT consultant.
I am a highly audiophile man.... I have Technics M5 (1977) & Akai FX51 (1982) decks with bose cube speakers.
But i like Pioneer speakers.

May I go a head and buy these Pioneer CS 646?
or
shall i wait for good pioneer HPM 100 speakers (100/200 watts versions)?

i DONT like CD/MP3 sound .......I like only 'Technics M5' deck - transistor based sound with
TDK Metal tapes with 1980s music running on it.

right now i have small akai 40 watts amplifier, but would like to go for Pioneer
SX 1250 (1977)or
SX 1280 (1978) amplifier in the coming future.
