Pioneer CS-R570 or Technics SB-A28?

I have a set of Pioneer CS-R570's running in A+B with Klipsch Quintet IIs for my front channels. I have an opportunity to get a pair of Technics SB-A28 for $40 to replace the pioneers. Should I do it, or are the Pioneers the better of the two speakers?
