pioneer cs series super tweeter issues

Hello all,

I have a pair of Pioneers cs-911a speakers that I just hooked up they sound fine. I was playing at very low volume, but I didn't seem to hear sound from any of the super tweeters on either speaker.

Reading other posts, I see several similar comments. Does anyone know if this is normal. Seems odd that everyone would experience this in both speakers.

Anyone have experience with this?
