Got me a Pioneer deck and side A the auto reverse head doesn't seem to be locked in.
How do the mechanics of these work, I want to know a little before I try and pull it apart.
The head rotates (well makes the right noise) but it doesn't go correctly. I can turn it, pull it up with my fingers. Deck B is fine.
What do i search/look for?
Pioneer Ct-W606DR in Australia (US it's the 616), the one that has the adc to dac converters to get closer to CD s/n levels from tape.
