Pioneer F7171 right channel playback signal weak

Hello all. Been troubleshooting a F7171 with weak playback level only on the right channel. I’ve tried recapping the entire amplifier board, resoldering all the joints, replacing the amp SIP, no luck. I put my scope on it today and it looks like it’s weak at the very first place I can measure it, so I think the input to the board is coming in weak. I can dial down the level pot on the other channel to even the outputs out but there is no bass on the right channel - only the left channel. All adjustments on the board seem correct. Only thing I can think that’s left is possibly a bad head. Would anyone have one for sale or have any other things I haven’t tried yet? Thanks. At my wits end with this thing.

Oh yeah, also tried gently turning the azimuth adjustment a little in each direction and the sound just starts to get muffled in both channels.
